As a Market Strategy Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Creating marketing campaigns to launch and market new products
• Conducting market research to identify key customer profiles and identify target customers
• Reviewing progress of marketing and success of campaigns and adjusting as needed
• Collaborating with technical teams to ensure marketing aligns with overall business strategy
• Developing strategic client relationships or partnerships to grow the business

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field of study
• Bachelor’s and 6+ years of experience or Master’s and 4+ years of experience as a marketing strategist, marketing manager or similar role
• Creating and deploying marketing campaigns targeting the needs of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing
• Experience in the following:
  • Track record of managing a marketing program.
  • Creating a market segment long-term outlook contributing to the business plan.
  • Conducting competitive analysis, collaborating with internal partners, and proposing deeply technical and commercial solutions.
  • Managing business development or driving product marketing.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Childhood and lifetime involvement in both Deaf communities using ASL, ESL and PSE
• Experience in starting either a new company or non-profit organizations from scratch
• Significant leadership experience in implementing and driving projects and working across boundaries
• Experience working at or with Deaf non-profit organizations and Deaf-owned businesses.
• Experience hosting exhibits for both Deaf and Hard of Hearing
• Experience engaging enterprise customers

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
