• Bring a qualified perspective about developments in the wealth management industry and the broader financial services industry to influence organizational thinking and decision making
• Engage directly with key leaders across Wealth Management US to build relationships and influence strategic change
• Engage actively on key cross-organization strategy and execution focus areas as a collaborative partner
• Partner in leading members of the team, direct them to the right outcome (e.g., analysis, insights, storytelling) and help them to develop their strategy toolkit
• Work closely and stay in constant communication with all internal partners to ensure we are receiving necessary data and information: Client Strategy Office Analytics, Finance, Social Media, Banking, Marketing, and IT
