We are looking for a candidate to join Treasury Risk Control (TRC) as a specialist to provide support to the regional MTRC head by engaging with the regional entities on market and treasury risks such as interest rate in the banking book (IRRBB), liquidity & funding risks (L&F), providing SME input & guidance as required. Activities include but are not limited to:

• Working closely with Entity Market Risk Officers, and Group functions, advising Entity Risk Officers on market & treasury risk limit framework and associated governance documents
• Support annual risk limit assessment, in particular ensuring risk limits are in line with group appetite, and supported by the appropriate group functional heads
• Provide an overview of risk developments by Entity across the region to the regional CRO
• Understand the contribution of regional Entities to Group consolidated risk metrics as well as standalone
• Collaborate with Regional Treasury on assessing the market, liquidity & funding impact of corporate actions and changes in risk appetite of Entities within the region
• Work closely with Risk Change function on strategic and regulatory projects impacting the MTRC framework of entities in the region, providing SME support to drive change forward
• Contributing to group-wide entity risk framework & policy enhancements
