Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist department head to develop and implement documentation and operation systems to improve operation efficiency and productivity
- Provide good English and English write-up for a variety of business correspondences, meeting minutes, proposals, reports, etc.
- Assist in managing different parties and ensure the different projects are progress in scheduled timeline
- Handle full set of payment, purchase and stock take
- Follow up on various marketing events when required
- Provide administrative and support for marketing events and others whenever necessary
Requirements:
- Degree holder
- Experience in managing office administration and secretarial experience
- Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese languages, GOOD academic result in English is a must
- Experience in organizing events and handling write-up of various correspondence
- Mature character, able to assist the department head and colleagues to provide solutions on all rounds of office work
- Able to establish good system for good work tactics
- Fast moving, efficient, pro-active
