Responsibilities
Within Customer Analytics Department, Asia Pacific Marketing Division, you will

• be responsible for customer analysis and data maintenance that are essential to support business decision making and strategic planning in Asia Pacific region
• handle a wide variety of duties, from data extraction, data analysis, customer segmentation and reporting to solving business critical problems

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor’s degree or above in customer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, management science, quantitative analysis, or related analytical fields
• Have at least one (1) year experience in data analytics, business analysis, big data, information technology, management reporting or similar quantitative analysis
• Possess database query skills (SQL) and good logical thinking
• Possess good analytical, project management and communication skills
• Knowledge of the air cargo or express industry or experience in Linux platform or using visual analytic tools are advantages
• Fluency in written and spoken English is a must
