Job Responsibilities:

• Follow up project status
• Maintain good relationship with clients, supplier and NGO
• Responsible to consolidate essential documents for tender submission.
• Assist supervisor to complete various co-ordination works with internal or external parties
• Assist to exploit new client
• Assist to conduct marketing research
• Assist to organize company’s activities
• Assist to discover various marketing channels to raise company awareness in the market
• Complete tasks assigned by supervisor in order to achieve goal of business development

Requirement:

• Higher Diploma holder in (Business Administration / Marketing / Public Relationship / Project Management or related)
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in business development or marketing field
• Experience/ Interested in interior fitting-out / decoration / furniture manufacturing / construction is preferred
• Strong presentation and documentation skills
• Experience/ Interested in event organization and company activity organization (e.g. internal activities, CSR events) is preferred.
• PC Knowledge in Microsoft software (Powerpoint, Word & Excel).
• Good command of written and spoken Exglish & Cantonese and Mandarin
