Job Purpose:

The Marketing Assistant is an integral role in the development and execution of marketing plans and initiatives that will drive awareness and deepen affinity of the brand in China. The role requires an organized multi-tasker who can work cross-functionally to support various initiatives including sponsorships, partnership, digital, and other marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of the China Marketing go-to market strategy and other planned marketing initiatives and programs
• Assist in all marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, events planning, etc.)

• Adjust, update and share the 360 marketing plans accordingly

• Liaise with external vendors and partners to support the executions of activations, events and campaigns
• Assist in analyzing marketing data and trends (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies

• Acts as a go-to resource for up-to-date, accurate research and market information

• Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned

Experience, Education and Designations:

• 1+ years of experience working in a fast-paced marketing related position
• Bachelor degree or above, business or marketing is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and analytical
• Highly organized, able to prioritize multiple projects effectively and work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to build internal and external relationships and contribute to a positive working environment and culture
• Ideally industry experience in luxury, apparel/fashion, footwear, or outdoor sports

• Native-level Mandarin language skills
