Primary Funtion基本职能：

Assist Marketing Supervisor to complete the marketing material making and manage the marketing material. 协助市场主管完成市场部需求物料的制作及对物料进行管控。

Major Responsibilities主要职能:

1. Following up the marketing material making and manage the delivery of all materials.

完成需求市场物料的制作，管控及派发。

2. Cooperating with Production-Cutting Team to complete the swatch cutting, embossing work.

与合作的生产裁断小组一起完成色卡的砍裁及压印。

3. To do the material purchase application work.

物料购买的申请工作。

4. To do the payment requisition application work.

与市场部相关的付款申请工作。

5. Assist in Mailing List management.

协助进行Mailing List的管控工作。

6. Collaborate with Sales Team and designers to produce promotional materials.

与销售和平面设计协调跟进宣传物料的生产。

7. Monitor showroom update according to seasonal themes.

根据季度主题管理各个展厅的更新情况。

8. Assist in tradeshow booth set up and supports.

协助并支持展会布置工作。

9. Manage the package and delivery of all materials.

负责市场部物料的打包寄发工作。

10. Manage the backend of our website and update all the information in time.

管理网站后台和及时更新网站信息。

11. Assist in the media release and news clipping.

负责媒体发布以及新闻剪报。

12. Manage the swatch scanning and transferring for our customer’s PDM Program seasonally.

负责为客户的PDM程式扫描和发送季度色卡样式。

13. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor or director.

上级分配的其他工作。

Required Skills任职资格:

1. College Degree, Majored in Design, Marketing, International Trade or English, or experience in such manufacturing field is preferred.

大学专科以上学历，设计、市场营销、英语或相关专业，或有相关工作经验者优先考虑。

2. Can read, write emails in English. 能读写日常英文邮件

3. Patient and Serious. 耐心细心。

4. 1 years experience in international companies. 1年外资公司工作经验。
