JOB PURPOSE:

Renal is one of the largest BUs for Baxter China, it is with high strategic importance, launching many new and innovative products as well as the post-marketing products in China and the new business model in business plan.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Routine office management- including ordering supplies, reviewing mail, preparing purchase orders, submitting invoices.
• Support team members on marketing related work including secondary research, regular data monitoring & analysis, material development, etc.
• Monitor resources (e.g. budgets, headcount) and provide analysis by preparing reports as necessary including, expense and staffing reports as required.
• Provide administrative support for meetings such as agenda development and distribution; coordinating and follow-up on minutes and materials for meetings.
• Handle full spectrum of travel arrangements (ie, research/book flights, hotels and ground transportation; cross-site access, passport and visa documents)
• Ensure accuracy of work and uses judgment to determine work methods in different situations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree or above
• 2-3years experience in MNC as assistant
• Strong communication, interpersonal and coordination skills
• Team spirit, proactive and willing to help others
• Good planning and organizing
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Strong PowerPoint presentation and excel skills
• Relevant research or data analysis experience preferred
• Fast learner, high quality of work, attention to detail
• Proactive and hard work
