Job Description

We are hiring Marketing Assistant.

he Marketing Assistant collaborates with marketing and restaurant teams in all stages of marketing campaigns and communication. Emphasis on Social Media Projects as well as PR and event management to help develop, expand and maintain marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities and Job-Related Characteristics:
  • Social and digital media strategies and tactics: support all aspects not limited to generating content for social media; digital marketing campaigns, end email blasts. Responsible for day to day social engagement of social media accounts, devise editorial content calendar relative to restaurant strategy, help maintain relationships with social communities; tracking posts across various social media platforms.
  • Marketing Events Calendar: Coordinate with all restaurants and relevant departments to execute calendar of events and related tasks to carry out marketing efforts and campaigns in a timely manner; including printing of materials, promoting across marketing channels.
  • Marketing promotions, partnerships and programs: Assist in devising and executing marketing promotions and campaign to drive sales; Monitor all existing programs; ensure clear communication between all parties; collect and analyze data, devise methods of improvement.
  • Marketing & Promotional Events: Providing organizational support for all on & off site restaurant and marketing events and attend them as needed to facilitate their success
  • Marketing materials & collaterals: Coordinate with restaurant operations team and all external parties to maintain and develop marketing and communications materials and collaterals including updates of content; Maintain inventory of collateral promotional materials; Generate and track purchase orders and invoices
  • Digital Assets: Maintain websites and all social media pages and platforms; continually monitor and maintain brand presence on all social platforms and react accordingly to all feedback; Organize and maintain digital assets needed for social media and other marketing materials; use Photoshop & apps to create or edit images
  • Marketing SOPs: Asist in devising; implementation; revisions
  • Relationship Building: Work closely with guests, partners, promotional partners, suppliers, operations, advertising and media agencies on marketing initiatives and brand building initiatives and encourage trusting relationships
  • Database and CRM: Manage and update on a regular basis; devise methods on increasing database and improving targeted efforts
  • Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information; prepare reports and analyses
  • Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing.
  • Providing administrative support to the Marketing Team including daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in any related disciplines
  • Must have 1-2 years or above relevant experience (Fresh graduates will also be considered)
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Must be tech savvy and have a good eye for design and style
  • E-commerce experience and photography skills a plus
  • Excellent communication skill to liaise with different parties
  • Team player with “can-do” attitude, detail-minded; good persistence to work under pressure; makes initiatives and
