Marketing Assistant Manager

Job Description
Position:
As a key member of the Marketing team, the Marketing Assistant Manager will report to the Marketing Director. This role should be a highly motivated individual with experience and a passion for designing and implementing ISG/NIKE Sports Camps’ strategy, creating relevant social quick strike and to take lead on community engagement.
Responsibilities:
-Work closely with the internal sales / account team to plan and execute self-organized activities, including but not limited to clients rewards event, product seminar, client workshop.
-Explore industry awards opportunities and package show cases for submission.
-Prepare case studies and marketing materials to feed frontline sales presentation and event content pitch.
-Assist with the planning and executing of partnership event / programs with 3rd party platform to support branding and business goals.
-Work closely with Product team to know how our competitiveness is and position in related sales collateral.
-Make sure the good communication and interactions with frontline team to understand their demands and clients insights on trade marketing.
-Understand and explore more on dynamic of competitors, including their product marketing messages, trade marketing campaigns, sales collateral, etc.
-Work closely with other marketing members to ensure the efficiency cooperation between contenting marketing, corporate marketing and PR.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
-5+ years marketing experience, preferably in Education/Retail/Consumable
-familiar with social media,ability to creat cross promotion with online partners, maintain website and execuite online activity/campaign
-Global brand management experience desired.
-Understanding of, and ability to communicate
Education:
-BA in marketing/communications/business/liberal arts
-Excellent proficiency in both English and Chinese
Skills:
-Ability to handle pressure gracefully, and to laugh daily
-Extraordinary attention to detail and organizational skills
-Strong strategic deck writing and presentation skills
-Strong interpersonal skills required, and ability to lead and manage others
-Flexibility to adjust quickly to changes and deliver on tight deadlines in a demanding environment.
-Strong data/analytics skills
-Experience dealing with local nuances in international markets
