Requirements

• Bachelor degree in preferably marketing, public relations, communication, cultural management, creative media, or equivalent from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
• Level 4 or above in Chinese Languages and Level 5 in English Languages of HKDSEE or Level 2 in Use of English paper and the Level 1 Use of Chinese paper in Common Recruitment Examination is a MUST
• For English Language : An overall band of 6.5 or above of IELTS within 2 years validity period are also accepted
• Experience in marketing or in organisation of large-scale events is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English and Chinese Word Processing
• Fresh graduated are also welcome

Job Duties

• To assist in researched which aim to promote LCSD museums and museum culture/festival; to broaden the audience base of our museums; and to enable the general public to take part in our museum activities;
• To participate in the design and administration of researches;
• To collect, analyse and evaluate data gathered during researches;
• To help manage digital O2O (online to office) projects and to generate new UI/UX (user interface/user experience) for museum visitors;
• To support online promotions and daily operation of ePlatforms;
• To help data input and digitisation of museum/archival materials;
• To help organize and manage marketing collateral;
• To assist in delivery of education activities and outreach programmes;
• To help organise the museum festival; and
• To perform other duties as assigned by senior officers.
