Job Description
Duties:
1) Responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing the relationship with Indian publishers and magazines;
2) Make practical marketing expansion plans to help publish the book in India and other English-speaking Asian countries; make corresponding financial forecast and budgets to gain necessary resources;
3) Capable of individually negotiating, communicating and accepting any business with potential Indian organizations;
4) Responsible for collecting relevant data in the industry to carry out analysis on the market and competitors; assist in strategic research on the market;
5) Responsible for collecting data on the Indian publishing industry and carry out behavior analysis for targeted publishers and magazines and, based on which, offer marketing advice;
6) Responsible for maintaining partner relations, including dealing with enquiries, complaints and such.
Requirements:
1) Bachelor degree or above;
2) English as a first language; individuals with some proficiency in Mandarin will be at an advantage;
3) Individuals with publishing or marketing experience or with a relevant degree is at an advantage;
4) A logical mind, attention to detail, responsible, a great team player and accustomed to the corporative cultural difference between Chinese and non-Chinese organizations;
5) Being perceptive about marketing information, with some experience in marketing research and analysis;
6) Have the ability to individually develop publishing partners and carry out negotiations;
7) Familiar with basic Microsoft Office software. Individuals who can use Adobe, Acrobat and Photoshop are at an advantage.

Social Media Operation and SEO assistant
Job Description
Responsibilities:
1) Be responsible for establishing, editing and maintaining of the English version of home websites, blog, Facebook page, Instagram, Youtube and so on;
2) Create day-to-day content to be posted on the above platforms; plan online campaign, interact with followers;
3) Search Engine Optimization;
4) Cultivate and reach out to Key Opinion Leaders, encourage KOLs to conduct contents;
5) Keep social traffic increasing and active;
6) Plan and execute off line events, such as focus group, awards for our VIP users and KOLs;
7) Compose user reports, especially reports that summarize user engagement on social media;
8) Conduct competitive analysis and help develop and implement monthly strategic social plans to grow on social platforms.
Requirements:
1) English as a first language or of native speaker’s level;
2) Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or writing-related;
3) Experience in social media strategy and planning;
4) The ability to write creatively, humorously and think strategically;
5) High level of organization and time management skills, great team player;
6) Understand and appreciate the cultural difference between Chinese and non-Chinese organizations/ colleagues.
