Job Description
POSITION PURPOSE
- Provide support to manager in assigned commercial and business activities
- Carry out assigned tasks in partnership with RD and I&I team members (CBLs/SMs) and cross-functional partners as well as independently to support planning and implementation of key projects and activities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare monthly market and performance tracking reports for each market and total region
- Work on ad-hoc analytics as specified by each project, deriving data from regional and country sources, working with leads across various functions within the region and global teams
- Maintain project and budget tracking spreadsheets and business line marketing calendars
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
- File and retrieve documents and reference materials
- Provide back-end logistics assistance to regional marketing events
- Provide support for data entry according to business needs
- Provide administrative aid for various projects, including project meeting schedules, meeting minutes, and tracking follow-ups of key action items
- Participate in all team meetings
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS/STRUCTURE
- Reports to Brand Implementation Lead, Rare Disease, EM Markets
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- University graduate, preferably a business or marketing degree
- 1-2 years relevant working experience preferred
- Ability to communicate very well in spoken and written English
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Strong communication, organization, prioritization and time management skills
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint and flexibility to learn new programs
- Sound analytical skills – able to perform simple to moderate data analysis and triangulate data from various sources
- Resourceful and has sound problem-solving abilities
- Capable of writing reports, procedures and business correspondence
- Self-driven and has the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Work under stress to meet project deadlines and careful attention to detail
- Highly self-motivated
