Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1.Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote company solutions.
2.Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create engaging content for marketing campaigns.
3.Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
4.Edit and update content on the company's website, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
5.Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve website ranking and visibility.
6.Implement WeChat marketing strategies to engage with the target audience.
7.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities.
8.Assist in organizing and coordinating both online and offline events, showcasing the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute successful marketing events.
9.Actively participate in Business Developmetn work, collaborating with the team to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
10.Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.
11.Create reports and track marketing performance.
12.Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives.
13.Perform market and client research.
14.Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to conceptualize, create, and edit a variety of marketing and promotional materials.
15.Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager as needed.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is recommended. Certifications in Marketing are a plus.
2.Proven experience in digital marketing, website content management, and WeChat marketing is essential.
3.A minimum of 2 year of relevant experience in a marketing role, with a focus on digital marketing strategies and online content management.
4.Demonstrated success in planning and executing effective WeChat marketing campaigns.
5.Understanding of the consulting industry, particularly in the context of strategy consulting and market entry services, is preferred.
6.Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
7.Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools for optimizing website content.
8.Experience working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, coordinating with different departments to achieve marketing goals.
9.Experience in event planning and networking is a plus.
10.Proven experience in graphic design and video editing. (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, veed.io etc.)
11.Ability to adapt to evolving market trends, technologies, and business requirements.
12.Base in China now.
