Marketing Brand Manager, Economy Brands, Northern Europe

Come and join our team as Brand Manager for our Economy portfolio. You will be responsible for delivering the “World Class Brands” strategy for Ibis Budget and Styles Northern Europe.  

Here is a snapshot at some of the responsibilities you will hold:

  • Leading the segment Strategy & Planning 
  • Delivering the Northern European 18-month/short-term brand strategy by segment ensuring business Key Performance Indicators are identified and achieved (BEAM, Google Analytics (GA) Traffic, Market Penetration Index (MPI))
  • Manage development of regional marketing plans aligned to global Strategic Marketing Plans (SMP) - with regional brand project budget identified across the region
  • Driving brand performance and market share 
  • Supporting brand content across paid, owned and earned content and brand communication strategies to drive profitable market-share working with Content & Customer Experience (CS)/ Customer Acquisition (CA) domains. 
  • Be the first contact for strategic requests and bring together internal as well as external information to supply a 360° overview about the brands in NE region
  • Create the ‘big picture’ for the future of economy brands in Northern European region, bring innovative ideas and new perspectives to economy brands  
  • Drive brand communication towards partners in cooperation with internal Comms
  • Develop guest experience frameworks (brand programs), pillars and touchpoints/markers to grow Reputation Performance Scores (RPS)

Your experience and skills include:

  • Min. 2-3 years’ experience in Brand Marketing
  • Ability to leverage concepts from the ground up within large matrixed structures
  • Advanced English, any other European language is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good at building & managing relationships with internal and external stakeholder
  • Strategic thinking
  • Analytical skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher level of education (preferred in Marketing)
  • Hospitality experience is considered as an advantage
