Responsibilities:

• Be the key driver in-charge of all aspects of marketing and branding activities
• Supervise, monitor and evaluate the performance of direct reports for the execution of marketing activities to deliver on company commercial objectives
• Formulate marketing strategies and drive student enrolments programs through effective use and analysis of digital and social media marketing
• Responsible for annual budgeting and monthly forecasting for leads generation, marketing and media planning, resource allocation
• Develop, implement and enhance internal administrative and logistical processes; to optimize process to maximize ROI
• Monitor campaign/activity progress, evaluate media and campaign effectiveness optimize campaigns to maximize ROI
• Support team and division head on ad-hoc projects, market research & analysis
• Provide timely, accurate market and competitor intelligence and analysis

Requirements:

• University graduate in marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum of 10 years of work experience of which 5 years at managerial level with in-depth exposure in marketing and branding
• Creative, flexible, yet detail-oriented
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, both oral and written
• China experience is required, and education setting is preferred
• Personal Attributes include results driven with high energy level, highly effective communicator and team player
