What is this role?
RWS is looking for a hands-on Marketing Campaign Manager to design and run campaigns for our enterprise-level language technology solutions. This role will develop the strategy, plan and execution of multi-channel, integrated programs targeting lead generation and progression. We are looking for a digital-savvy campaign marketer who uses data to optimize their campaigns at a high cadence.
The successful candidate will work closely with product, marketing and sales functions to successfully plan, influence, execute and optimize RWS’s wider enterprise marketing campaign strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, execute and measure performance of integrated/multi-channel marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining enterprise-level B2B customers.
* Create and refine audience segments for campaigns based on the evaluation of key metrics including open, click through and conversion rates.
* Apply email and digital marketing best practices to determine new opportunities that will improve the RWS customer experience.
* Explore, examine and introduce new techniques, programs, formats and channels that can improve campaign performance and/or ROI.
* Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies (such as writers, designers and animators) who will deliver campaign assets and activity.
* Determine the level of integration possible with demand generation and progression activity conducted by other teams, such as Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Industry Marketing, Digital Experience and Corporate Marketing.
* Maintain regular measurement and report on the ROI of campaigns.
* Use reporting to examine campaign activity for problems or opportunities. Develop hypothesis and actions to mitigate/leverage them.
* Ensure that RWS’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns.
Ideal Candidate’s Experience:
* 3-5 years in campaign marketing or demand generation roles, ideally aimed at enterprise-level business contacts
* Integrated campaign planning and management experience, including:
o Email Marketing
o SEM
o Paid/Organic Social
o Paid Marketing Programs
o Webinars
o Customer DX
* Development of short- and long-term marketing plans
* Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
* In-depth understanding of key campaign, demand and pipeline metrics
* Growth marketing experience a plus
* Marketo and/or Hubspot experience a plus, but must understand the fundamentals of marketing automation and its integration with CRM systems, such as Salesforce
* Budget planning and marketing operations experience a plus
* Project management experience a plus
