Our client is in the industrial power tools accessories and equipment for home improvement, repair, maintenance and construction infrastructure.

We are currently searching for an energetic and organized Marketing Cloud Solutions Architect for our fast-growing for the Hong Kong team. This role will manage the technical and functional architectural design for Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Responsibilities:

• Provide overall technical and functional architectural design and best practices for Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Work with marketing teams to setup and shape HQ marketing strategy and technical enablement roadmaps
• Work with internal regional teams (8 total) to help shape campaigns by understanding marketing objectives and requirements, and how to execute them with marketing automation and CRM technologies
• Team up with cross-functional teams to identify, design, develop and test solutions
• Lead the development in executing technical design and customizing the platform, including: AMPScript, SSJS, tSQL, data extensions, advanced triggers, automations, and security access
• Drive common vision, practices and capabilities across teams
• Conduct recurring training for marketing team members on usage and best practices of platform features

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related disciplines
• 8+ years of digital marketing technology experience
• 4+ years in multi-channel marketing operations experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (formerly Exact Target) required
• Must have experience with Email Studio, Content Builder, Audience Builder, Analytics Builder, Multi-Org Connector, Journey Builder, Social Studio, Advertising Studio
• Integration experience with Community and Service Cloud a must
• Datorama, Tableau integration, Einstein AI experience highly preferred
• Solid experience on campaigns and analytics across social media platforms (E.g: Facebook, Wechat, Instagram, Line, KakaoTalk, Youtube) or other data sources
• SQL, HTML, AmpScript skills is highly preferred
• Technology delivery experience through concept, development, validation, deployment and support is required
• Experience in enterprise architecture practices, frameworks and methodologies is required
• Good written and spoken English, and analytical and interpersonal skills
• A highly motivated self-starter with strong individual and team working skills
• Enjoy working in MNC, dynamic and fast-paced work environment
