The Marketing Coordinator infuses the brand passion points in both internal and external communications to position The St. Regis Abu Dhabi in the key feeder markets.
Main Responsibilities
Monitor and audit Hotel Website as needed
Monitor and audit restaurant and spa sites as needed
Promptly upload all the promotions in the digital channels, maintaining an excellent relationship with the Marriott Digital Services team
Ensure efficient participation of the Marriott promotional opportunities including METT Campaigns, offer placements, advertising campaigns and other programmes
Being informed on all the new trends in digital marketing
Keeping track of the competitors marketing activities
Represent the St. Regis brand with internal stakeholders
Ensure that all the departments throughout the hotel adhere to the St Regis communication guidelines
Seek for revenue opportunities for the F&B outlets and the spa
Assist in the organisation of the events to promote the hotel locally
Produce on-brand collateral
Track accurately the results of all the marketing campaigns
Compile presentations and business plans
Execute administrative work such as purchasing, finance, presentations for different purposes, etc
Keep track of database and update as needed
Update Advertisement Plan
Keep track of Purchase Orders and Expenses
Assist on social media monitoring and requests
Assist on Influencers itinerary set up
Monitor deliverables from media trips and reviews
Assist in executing Marketing and Communication Plan
Support brand and hotel activations
Support Partnership presentations and activation
