JOB DIMENSIONS

? The Marketing Communications Assistant will work closely with the IA Marketing Communications Manager to execute marketing activities and get more interactives with internal departments.

? The Assistant will support IA Marcom team for all activities and projects. Activities and projects include tradeshow logistic support, marketing automation, event support, email marketing support.

ACTIVITIES

? Coordinate tradeshows including logistics and execution

? Coordinate customer days/events

? Assist in building a marketing giveaways project to support all marketing activities

? Assist in updating digital tool including website updated

? Be involved in social media account set up and content follow up

? Maintain the relationship with design agency and manage advertising campaigns in support of business objectives

? Monitor a strong working knowledge of competitor and industry trends

? Handle all payment processes in regional/China organization
