We are currently looking for Marketing & Communication Executive

What you will be doing: 

  • Be the ambassador for the Mercure Hotels brand
  • Coordinate your daily schedule independently
  • Send out mailshots, coordinate photoshoots, deal with blogger queries and conduct tours of the property
  • Support various projects in the hotel such as social media events or PR initiatives, and pitch in when one of your colleagues from the events team is on leave
  • Take care of the guests at our events
  • Maintain and update website content of relevant hotel sites
  • Prepare and co-ordinate direct mail shots
  • Create and manage promotional material for tactical marketing campaigns
  • Audit and update marketing collateral
  • Source and manage corporate giveaways 


Work Experience
  • University graduate or equivalent diploma in Hotel Management
  • At least 3 years experience in a similar position in International hotel
  • Clear understanding of hotel industry is necessary as well regional markets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Resourceful, strong business orientation with strive for results
  • Excellent command in both spoken and written English
  • Proficiency Marketing tools, in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Dynamic, creative and quick thinker
