We are currently looking for Marketing & Communication Executive
What you will be doing:
- Be the ambassador for the Mercure Hotels brand
- Coordinate your daily schedule independently
- Send out mailshots, coordinate photoshoots, deal with blogger queries and conduct tours of the property
- Support various projects in the hotel such as social media events or PR initiatives, and pitch in when one of your colleagues from the events team is on leave
- Take care of the guests at our events
- Maintain and update website content of relevant hotel sites
- Prepare and co-ordinate direct mail shots
- Create and manage promotional material for tactical marketing campaigns
- Audit and update marketing collateral
- Source and manage corporate giveaways
Work Experience
- University graduate or equivalent diploma in Hotel Management
- At least 3 years experience in a similar position in International hotel
- Clear understanding of hotel industry is necessary as well regional markets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Resourceful, strong business orientation with strive for results
- Excellent command in both spoken and written English
- Proficiency Marketing tools, in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Dynamic, creative and quick thinker
