A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Marketing & Communication Executive to be part of our luxury lifestyle resort in Southern Spain. You will report to the Marketing & Communication Specialist.  

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Collaborate in setting the marketing strategy for SO/ Sotogrande, both in the short and the long term
• Cooperate with the hotel’s business teams to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products & services, internally and externally
• Identify promotional opportunities to help drive revenue opportunities and consistent growth
• Assist the Marketing & Communication Specialist with ongoing social media and digital marketing efforts

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or a related field

• Skills 2+ years’ experience in marketing, communications or public relations
• Experience in luxury marketing communications (not bound to hospitality)
• Marketing and communications planning background
• A track record of successfully designing and delivering major, multi-channel, response driven communications and marketing campaigns in an organization
• Experience of the whole marketing mix, with specific experience in integrated marketing programmes
• Demonstrate clear strategic thinking and be a good communicator both written and verbal
• Excellent customer service skills, superior interpersonal skills, results-oriented and highly self-motivated
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign and Outlook
• Knowledge of Opera Hotel Management system desired
• Fluent in English & Spanish (spoken and written)
