Job Responsibility:

• Support CC manager to plan, develop and implement internal and external communication strategies and activities
• External events planning, organization, execution and relative budget control
• Enhance / localize sales material (brochure, video, photo, presentation, etc.) as required to adopt to local Chinese customer requirements to support PT business in China.
• Responsible for customer magazine and newsletter including proofread, layout check, distribution and subscribers list maintenance, etc.
• Responsible for showroom develop and maintenance
• Giveaways management including catalog preparation, design and production supervision, storage monitoring, etc.
• Assist in other communication functions on joined projects
  

Skills Required:

• 1-3 years’ experience in marketing communications or related field
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Vendor management and team player
• Good communication skill; ability to work independently and with tight schedules
• International orientation is essential; experience with international employers or customers; capabilities to operate in foreign cultures
