Planning, creation, curation and distribution of content for usage on different platforms, channels (internal and external) and tools. Particular focus: content creation for external digital platforms. A bit of a journalist and of a writer (copywriter, storyteller); Support to the development and implementation of campaigns, projects, communication initiatives (internal or external); Working closely with Communication Business Partners and with the Global team (HQ), able to flex between local needs and central governance; Build business acumen so to effectively align with business priorities, locally and globally to be business relevant; Managing different stakeholders (ranging from internal to external like agencies) to develop projects/initiatives. What do you need to qualify for this job? Portuguese as mother tongue and proficiency in English; Experience in creating content + visuals for social media is a plus; Knowledge on Digital Tools, Amplification & Analytics is a plus; Ability to adapt content according to the specific needs of each channel/specification, namely social media channels; Creative thinking, passion for content, tech savvy, creative and an eye for detail; Ability to put the trends into Siemens context/helicopter view to spot communication opportunities for Siemens; Strong planning skills and coordination capabilities; Social and cooperative skills; Proactive, self-organized.
