Job Description
Role: Supports the implementation of marketing programs and operational related tasks for an assigned organizational unit or a related product portfolio. Area of Responsibilities: • Supports the organization of marketing programs i.e. administrative and operational related tasks in coordination with relevant parties including on-site supports during implementation of programs • Supports the coordination with external Marketing service providers, manages the approval process of work delivered refer to Siemens brand guidelines • Provides marketing support to sales units and teams, creating / designing marketing materials i.e., flyer, poster, banner, etc. • Supports Leads Generation process within the organization • Supports the creation of social media contents related to product / event promotion • Manages orders and stocks of promotional merchandise incl. reporting Requirements: • Internship period: 6 months • Undergraduate student / final semester student, preferably from Communications Sciences major (Marketing Communications / Public Relations / Communications Management / other Relevant Concentrations) • Fluent in English • Experienced in organizing events (in university / organization) / managing social media's contents • Skilled on design tools (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop & Lumen5 / Adobe Premiere Pro) • Skilled on writing is a good point • Skilled on interpersonal communications & time management • Show can do attitude Organization: Digital Industries Company: P.T.
