Job Description

The job holder’s responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young person’s for whom s/he is responsible, or with whom s/he comes into contact will be to adhere to and ensure compliance with the relevant Cognita Safeguarding; Child Protection Policy and Procedures at all times. If in the course of carrying out the duties of the role, the job holder identifies any instance that a child is suffering or likely to suffer significant harm either at school or at home, s/he must report any concerns to the School’s Child Protection Officer/Designated Safeguarding Lead or to the Head of indeed to the Regional CEP so that a referral can be made accordingly to the relevant third part services.

Responsibilities: 

  • Writing content for both Press and Internal comms
  • Management of website, social media, and EDM
  • Plan and executive digital strategies and approaches to optimize awareness and performance by means of increasing traffic visits, driving sales leads and conversions via effective digital channels
  • Drive digital performance analytic insights to provide recommendations and solution for future digital marketing strategy and planning
  • Oversee and support the digital initiatives and social media platforms management
  • Key liaison with media partners on print / digital advertising booking and execution
  • Creating and adapting design concept to marketing materials
  • Management of print production and execution of marketing materials, assuring print quality standards are met
  • Guardian for all Woodland Brand Guidelines
  • Event management
  • Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities
  • Manage marketing budget, ROI and Post event analysis
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Marketing and Admissions Director

 

Requirements:

  • Qualification in graphic design, advertising, marketing, or related discipline
  • Previous experience in marketing or PR
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign and Photoshop) and other design / publishing software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in print production management
  • Knowledge of print and digital media landscape in Asia
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent time management and detail-oriented; proven ability to work efficiently, under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Understanding of the Education industry a plus
