Marketing Communications Manager (CEAG & Devices) The Crouse Hinds, B-Line, Oil & Gas (CBO) division is part of Eaton’s global electrical sector and has over 100 years of experience in enhancing efficiency, safety, and reliability for our customers. Our current regional team of 1400 people, spanning from UK to India are providing products, solutions, and services to customers in the commercial, renewable, oil & gas, mining, pharmaceutical and marine markets. As a Marketing Communication Manager, you are responsible for supporting the development and leading the execution of a cohesive and consistent promotional and communications strategy for the Eaton Crouse-Hinds EMEAI business in line with our organizational strategy. You will be primarily accountable for activities across two of our main product lines, CEAG and MTL/Devices, that underpin our business’ growth. Essential Functions Show your creativity! Use your creativity to develop marketing communications materials and activities necessary to support the company’s growth objectives around new products and identified vertical markets Public Relations – be the primary owner of Eaton’s PR agency ensuring topics are progressive and supportive of Eaton’s overall brand and communication strategy Be the brand champion! Ensure adherence to Eaton’s overall brand guidelines across Eaton Crouse-Hinds and B-Line business Sales Enablement – create training and communication material, portals, and other tools to enable improved sales effectiveness and efficiency Use your Digital Marketing experience! – Be part of the Crouse-Hinds team that is responsible for the modernization of Eaton’s digital footprint including activation and development of own, partner and social channels Lead Generation – be responsible for the end-to-end lead generation & management process resulting in the handover of qualified leads to Inside Sales teams Help drive effectiveness! Develop and leverage BI relating to MarCom and KPI’s in pursuit of improved MarCom effectiveness Manage your financials! Tight fiscal management of marketing communications allocated budget to maximize return on investment Train your internal customers! Support the CSO teams as well as PL teams to drive the adoption and implementation of MarCom processes and tools through the business units to ensure efficiency and consistency Qualifications Qualifications Experience Required: We are looking for a candidate that holds a degree in Marketing, Communications, Commercial Economy, Business studies 3-5 years proven track record of marketing communications experience Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Creative; experience with InDesign, Percolate and Eloqua desirable Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in German desirable Ideally, we are looking for a candidate from a technical/ manufacturing background, however this is not essential Business to Business marketing experience Digital experience is a must, (digital campaigns, SEO, SEM, BI, social media, etc) What Eaton offers?
