The position will be primarily supporting the Asia B2B Marketing Communications Director to work with the commercial team in China to raise trade awareness and preference of The LYCRA Company’s offerings that includes LYCRA® fiber brand, COOLMAX® fiber brand and THERMOLITE® fiber brand and the related technologies. It is also required to support the Global Corporate Communications team for both internal and external corporate communication programs.

• Creating and implementing marketing communication plans to support business objectives

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce effective marketing initiatives, tactics and materials.

• Sourcing, coordinating with and managing agencies and vendors.

• Creating and trans-adapting marketing collateral and selling tools.

• Strategizing and maintaining business-related content in B2B social channels like B2B WeChat account.

• Working with local and global digital team for local and global websites & social media, maintaining local language website updates.

• Develop and maintain media and PR relationships externally include recruit, collaborate and oversee the related professional agencies;

• Support the global Corporate Communications strategy by contributing local insights, learnings and initiatives.

• Support global and local PR programs on corporate public affairs, trade event, investor relationship programs, etc.

• Develop and execute rolling 12-month internal communication calendar for China / Asia with global internal communication guidance; ensure the quality of employee communications projects and work closely with various internal stakeholders.

• Follow global crisis management guidance and acting as local support for any issue / crisis management programs in Asia.
