We are looking for a seasoned Marketing Leader to join the Central Marketing Organization (CMO) in a leadership role responsible for leading the strategy around SMB Marketing.
The US Central Marketing Organization (USCMO) leads marketing for the United States subsidiary of Microsoft. With a broad view of the business, the USCMO focuses on acquiring new customers, driving usage and consumption of Microsoft’s Cloud Services, and delivering fans and advocates across segments and channels. The USCMO partners with Microsoft headquarters to ensure a connected customer experience in alignment with global strategies and local business needs. With marketing excellence and deep discipline expertise in Digital and Experiential Marketing and Analytics, the USCMO supports industry and commercial businesses and delivers B2B marketing. The USCMO uses global content and assets, focuses local marketing investments in alignment with customer buying scenarios, and creates positive customer experiences.

Target:
Create a Tiered Targeting Approach: Top Unmanaged and Mid-Tier Unmanaged
Ensure Connected customer flows across Partner, Inside Sales Demand Response and Vendor Tele
Engage:
Drive engagement strategy with Affiliate Programs, 3rd party Start Up Conferences and Communities
Partner with GDC to monitor ABM Programs and Demand Generation health and make recommendations on adjustments needed for US Sub
Partner with OCP to drive strategy on customer engagement by Solution Area
Partner with Demand Gen team to develop comprehensive demand generation strategy
Lead the integration into the SMC-S MBRs to provide insights on SMC Marketing leveraging the agreed upon Business Outcomes (marketing leading indicators of success)

This is a leadership role that combines strong business thinking, seasoned marketing leadership with Modern Marketing experience, Digital Marketing Competency, Solution Marketing experience, and the ability to masterfully leverage global programs in your area.
