The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for driving the Marketing Communication strategy and execution for the Advanced Therapy (AT) business targeting the USA customer and prospect base. This individual works closely with the USA and Global Business Line teams, and peers aligned to the other business areas and business lines. 

We are looking for a marketing communications manager who is passionate about developing, digital and data-driven customer journeys accompanied by multi-channels campaigns. It is a mission that takes strong business acumen, creativity, storytelling, passion, and teamwork to be the best.

This role reports to the Head of Marketing Communications USA.

Responsibilities:
 
Strategy
⦁ Develop and execute strategic and tactical marketing communication plans including external media strategy and define success metrics to drive growth 
⦁ Develop and maintain business insights including the competitive landscape to develop and continuously improve target group specific messaging and content to become more relevant in the marketplace

External communication
⦁ Develop, execute, measure, and improve integrated campaigns to increase customer engagement and generate Marketing Qualified Leads 
⦁ Create and implement and ongoing customer journey with strong focus on digital components while optimizing the channel mix – social, search, email, video and in-person and virtual events - to become more cost effective
⦁ Develop and distribute marketing communications collateral for every step of the customer journey, aligning with product and sales teams, measure it and continuously improve the vehicle mix; leverage and adjust global material and add USA specific material
⦁ Collaborate with business line marketing to drive product launches and portfolio messaging for the USA market 
⦁ Work closely with global Business Line communications teams to provide USA perspective into creation of global materials

Sales enablement
⦁ Develop, create and measure easy-to-use sales material 

Branding
⦁ Ensure brand consistency both internally and externally
⦁ Ensure Value Promises and Value Elements integration and consistency as well as a value-based messaging approach 

Leadership
⦁ Partner with product marketing and sales to help define our value proposition of our products and services
⦁ Develop and own a comprehensive communications calendar to align teams on cadence and prioritization of key communications externally and internally.
⦁ Consult marketing stakeholders by sharing metrics and insights as well as best practices and new trends on a quarterly basis 
⦁ Coach and manage department’s contractor or intern

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
⦁ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.  
⦁ 6+ years of relevant experience in B2B marketing.  
⦁ Strong operational and business acumen.  
⦁ Ability to lead and motivate teams without authority
⦁ Strong digital marketing skills
⦁ Creative problem-solving
⦁ Excellent project management
⦁ High attention to detail. Superb communications skills including copywriting.  
⦁ Very experienced in creating digital customer journeys, cost-effective, multi-channel campaigns, communication vehicles and marketing automation.
⦁ Ability to work well in highly matrixed, global organization. 

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
⦁ Experience in healthcare marketing field preferred.
