Responsibilities

• Handle project planning and event management
• Plan the execution of external and internal events
• Draft company marketing and event materials.
• Liaise with clients and suppliers according to an exhibition
• Compose reports, journal and public announcement materials
• Assist in digital marketing campaigns, content of website and social media
• Work closely with Sales and IT department
• Develop and implement marketing/ communication policies and procedures
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ managerial experience in Marketing or PR.
• Good team player, strong leadership and proven capability to motivate and inspire team members
• Pleasant personality, strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Independent with strong project management skill, self-motivated, attentive to details, strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Proficient in MS Office operations especially MS Excel and MS Word
