Responsibilities
l Handle project planning and event management
l Plan the execution of external and internal events
l Draft company marketing and event materials.
l Liaise with clients and suppliers according to an exhibition
l Compose reports, journal and public announcement materials
l Assist in digital marketing campaigns, content of website and social media
l Work closely with Sales and IT department
l Develop and implement marketing/ communication policies and procedures
l Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
l Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related disciplines
l At least 5 years’ managerial experience in Marketing or PR.
l Good team player, strong leadership and proven capability to motivate and inspire team members
l Pleasant personality, strong interpersonal and communication skills
l Independent with strong project management skill, self-motivated, attentive to details, strong sense of responsibility
l Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
l Proficient in MS Office operations especially MS Excel and MS Word
