Marketing Communication Manager

This role is responsible for enhancing and maximizing the profile of the Hotel through media, digital marketing website content management, partnering with/ linking to key partner web sites, Public Relations and promotional partnerships.

What you will be doing:

  • Leads the hotel’s digital content strategy and manages all property social media channels, creating relevant and engaging content and increasing follower engagement.
  • Assist with executing the hotel’s promotional campaigns on the relevant digital platforms.
  • Ensures the hotel’s web and social media presence is aligned with the hotel’s positioning and business objectives.
  • Manage the image library for the hotel and coordinate photoshoots and filming aligned with brand standards.
  • Assist in responding to reviews on Tripadvisor, Google, Facebook and other social media pages.
  • Assist in generating innovative and creative hotel promotional print and digital collateral in compliance with Pullman brand standards.
  • Liaise with digital partners on advertising, partnerships and sponsorships.
  • Manage and ensure accurate information is updated on all digital platforms, including; microsites, IPTV, brand websites and third-party platforms.
  • Manage the hotel’s digital marketing channels including social media, developing and maintaining a social media calendar for promotional purposes.
  • Responsible for driving engagement and content curation for the hotel’s social media platforms.
  • Responsible for digital reporting for all online campaigns executed in the hotel.
  • Liaise with the AccorHotels’ Public Relations team to secure media coverage, seek PR opportunities, manage media requests and obtain ROI insights on coverage.
  • Actively solicit opportunities with media and corporate partners with similar target audiences to develop mutually beneficial promotional opportunities.
  • Media monitoring, clipping and maintenance of media impressions library.
  • Conduct media site inspection and hotel tours when required.
  • Work closely with Corporate Office to ensure consistent application of brand guidelines throughout the hotel.


Work Experience

Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in digital marketing or marketing communications, 5 star luxury environment preferred
  • Familiar with Luxury and Lifetsyle media landscape and industry players
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint

  • Strong written, oral and creative communication skills
  • Have expertise with developing social media strategies and content creation
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
