JOB DESCRIPTION

Looking for an experienced Hospitality / Hotel marketing professional with strong skills in MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS to step into an exciting role at an award-winning luxury boutique resort hotel – LA VERANDA RESORT PHU QUOC MGALLERY, which is part of the Accor network.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  

1. Build-up the annual Marketing & Communications strategy across print, broadcast & online to meet with the hotel business needs & philosophy

2. Marketing Budget Control, Management & Reporting

3. Professionally manage all the Marketing & Communications activities of the resort of the property including but not limited to Collaterals, Media Plan, PR, Digital, Social, Visual, Brand Guidelines, EDMs, Campaign Materials, in-hotel promotions  

4. Analyze success of marketing campaigns & creates reports 

5. In-charge of maintaining hotel mini-site, upgrading outlet websites – SEO, link building, traffic

6. Works with a Designer and supervises the creation and production of all hotel and sales team collateral, branding and logo items ensuring all branding and company guidelines are followed

7. Plans & executes the production of marketing collaterals, annual special events, all marketing activities, holidays/occasion calendar for the year, marketing photo/video shoots

8. Builds partnerships and collaboration opportunities with brands. chambers, banks, KOLS, media entities, other partners

9. Support & follow up on PR bookings & creation; award campaigns

10. Supervises the production & distribution process of print and other marketing-related materials needed in hospitality including: brochures, menus, hotel collaterals

11. Handles Brand Requirements - Marketing Services Needs for various Department leaders



Work Experience

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Vietnamese National preferably female with excellent English preferably with English Language Test score

• Bachelor’s Degree in PR & Marketing, Communications or Business Administration

• With 3+ years or more of hands-on hotel marketing experience from a 5-star chain; and/or luxury marketing experience; min of 2 years with hotel 

• Proven ability in developing brand and marketing strategies to recommend to department leads & GM

• Excellent understanding of the marketing mix 

• Good at writing and speaking in both English and Vietnamese

• With love for creative, PR and/or business writing and travel / luxury segment

• Active with strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills

• With contacts with KOLs, lifestyle/travel/luxury media

• Positive mindset with proactive attitude and ability to multi-task 

• Strong leadership skills & a solid team player
