What part will you play? You will do strategic planning, conceptualization, and support of content creation (whitepapers, blog posts, webinars, presentations) in close alignment with content experts and external agencies You will create the content strategy for the business unit based on business priorities / support of overarching content strategy You will support Advanta-wide strategic and marketing-related activities (e.g., Xcelerator, core narratives, partnerships) You will support distribution strategies / campaigns for created content (social media / paid campaigning, thought leader engagement, media positioning) You will lead the qualification and distribution for created content You will do the strategic planning, conceptualization, and on-site support of fair / event presence for the (consulting) leaders You will be responsible for budget planning and distribution within a business unit You will create thought leadership content for Advanta You will manage and support internal communication activities for business unit leaders You will be responsible for agency management as well as capacity management What you need to make real what matters. You have successfully completed a Bachelor university degree in digital marketing or a comparable education You have several years of profound professional experience, ideally in a marketing department with in an industry backgorund You bring a high degree of understanding for the interaction of all digital marketing and marketing related activities You have experience with agency & partner management and budget planning Furthermore, you distinguish yourself through a creative mindset, with the will to try out and build up new things You have very good English and German language skills Strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team, flexibility, assertiveness as well as a self-confident and confident appearance round off your profile What we offer. 2 to 3 days of mobile working per week as a future global standard 30 leave days and a variety of flexible working models that allow time off for yourself and your family Broad range of wellbeing offerings Find more benefits here Individual benefits are adapted to meet local legal regulations, the requirements of different job profiles, locations, and individual preferences.
