Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Content Executive. This is a full-time role based in Renaissance’s Beijing office with a focus on social media management and content development to grow Renaissance’s business and brand in China.

  • Understand the company brand and manage company social media accounts including WeChat, Weibo, YouKu, etc.
  • Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
  • Develop and manage contents for marketing materials, website, 3rd party platforms, etc.
  • Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns, if any.
  • Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.
  • Manage leads from social media channels and achieve the KPIs.
  • Identify free online resources and maximise the use of social media contents
  • Identify influential awards in the K-12 education industry, create contents and submit awards
  • Coordinate other marketing related efforts in China such as events, printing materials, market research, gifts production, etc.
  • Travel with the China marketing event team for tradeshows, workshops and other events.

 

Qualifications

  • Degree in marketing
  • Understands what good content looks like and how it impacts the business
  • Understands how to drive B2B sales related content metrics / KPIs
  • Strong with persuasive sales-led copywriting.
  • Strong focus on customer-centric product knowledge and engagement.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
