Position Description
Coordinate and own the implementation of digital and CRM strategies in the rapidly growing BRP China business. Work in the China and APAC marketing team to ensure that digital and CRM strategies are in built and executed in line with business strategies and objectives. Act as the voice of digital and CRM in the China business, connecting key stakeholders, functions and dealers to build an effective digital marketing ecosystem that drives tangible results.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Implement Digital Strategy in China (70%)

  • Work closely with China Marketing manager and APAC digital lead to design and implement the China digital strategy in line with APAC strategy
    • Coordinate SEM and SEO strategy
    • Coordinate social and content strategy
  • Coordinate with BRP agencies to deliver digital strategies
    • SEM and SEO agency
    • Social and content agency
    • Dealer website agency
  • Report on results to China, APAC and global stakeholders
  • Own the China Brand and Dealer website ecosystems
    • Ensure on time delivery of new product updates
    • Maintain customer journey through to conversion
    • Update regularly to ensure that latest content and strategy is supported
    • Responsible for KPI tracking and results
    • Ensure that we have the right supplier for dealer websites
  • Train and empower dealers to reach digital marketing best practice. Include dealer digital marketing in the BRP digital marketing ecosystem.
  • Monitor dealer digital marketing strategies to ensure effective implementation across dealer network.
  • Act as a voice of China within BRP digital at a global and APAC level, presenting China’s needs in an objective and insightful manner to influence key stakeholders.
  • Compile and analyse dealer marketing reports for certification program. Calculate any results and any rebates for marketing criteria within certification.
  • Support China 2.0 project team as needed
  • Continued involvement in new digital projects as part of ongoing China business growth
  • Work collaboratively within the marketing team to support other marketing team members whenever possible.

Implement CRM Strategy (30%)

  • Work closely with China Marketing manager and APAC digital lead to design and implement the China CRM strategy in line with APAC and China 2.0 strategy
  • Ensure that CRM strategy meets the needs of both the China 2.0
  • Monitor and report on CRM KPI’s.
  • Own CRM results, continually optimizing the process to improve conversion and acquisition of new leads.
  • Train internal and dealer stakeholders in CRM best practice
  • Communicate leads to dealers within allocated time limit
  • Act as a voice of China within BRP CRM at a global and APAC level, presenting China’s needs in an objective and insightful manner to influence key stakeholders
