ROLE SUMMARY:

This role covers a broad range of skills relating to bidding in the China market. The primary focus of this role is to provide professional input into the SOM Shanghai office’s regional bidding activities in the coordination and development of pursuit strategies, bids and bidding in the China region.

The successful will primarily be responsible for analyzing and reporting market trends, developing client relationships and strategic partnerships, fielding and identifying new project opportunities, maintaining a customer relationship database, coordinating outreach and producing responses for Requests for Qualifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Field incoming leads

• Promote, develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients

• Identify and vet new project opportunities

• Develop, and report on, new business strategies

• Research and prepare market analysis

• Support the Director in the development of SOM business strategy, business plan, marketing and PR

• Develop and maintain customer relationship database using Salesforce

使用 Salesforce 制定和维护客户关系数据库；

• Analyze client data using Salesforce

使用 Salesforce 分析客户端数据；

• Assist project teams prepare written content for competition submissions

协助项目团队准备竞赛项目的书面材料；

• Co-ordinate specific tender processes, including bid scheduling, compliance, and document production. Tenders will range from major multidisciplinary, multi-company infrastructure projects to small, technically – specific projects.

• Deliver a regular program of key client engagement activities

QUALIFICATIONS:

任职要求：

• 2+ years of experience in business development and/or marketing for a professional services firm.

在专业服务公司 2 年以上业务拓展以及 / 或市场营销的经验；

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, technical related field or above

商务、市场营销、传播、技术等相关专业本科或以上学历；

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)

精通 Microsoft Office Suite ，包括 PowerPoint 、 Excel 以及 Word ；

• Adobe Creative Suite desirable

会使用 Adobe Creative Suite ；

• Proactive and problem-solving approach
