Fairmont Amman is looking for an organized, energetic and enthusiastic marketing coordinator.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: 

• To assist the Marketing Manager in managing all tactical campaigns from conception to implementation.
• To assist the Marketing Manager in keeping all social media channels relevant and engaging to the audience including the development of a social media calendar.
• To assist the Marketing Manager in maintaining and establishing an effective and efficient database management system.
• To assist the Marketing Manager in ensuring Hotel and brand standards are adhered to in all written forms of communication including guestroom collateral, outlet collateral, public area brochure racks, hotel signage, etc.
• To assist in updating the Hotel website.
• To assist with the management of the internal photo library.
• To assist with marketing collaterals for the Sales team.
• To provide other support to the Marketing Manager as required.
• Performs additional tasks and/or responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in Communications/ Marketing Department. in a luxury property preferred
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities necessary
• Must be a highly organized person with strong planning skills
• Goal and results oriented
• Analytical skills, strength as a developer and a leader of others are essential
• Energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated and a charismatic team player
• Passionate about marketing, possess creative thinking, determined to learn and adapt new skills.
• Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft programs.
• University education preferred.

        Arabic as second language is a must
