Job Description
1. 社交媒体营销:
Social Media Marketing:
制定并实施社交媒体策略,以提高品牌知名度、参与度和各平台上的潜在客户生成(例如:Facebook、LinkedIn、Instagram、Twitter等)。
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
负责日常社交媒体活动的管理,包括内容策划、发布和监控。
Manage daily social media activities, including content planning, posting, and monitoring.
2. 内容创作:
Content Generation:
为各种营销渠道创建、编辑和策划高质量的内容,包括社交媒体、电子邮件通讯和网站更新。
Create, edit, and curate high-quality content for marketing channels, including social media, email newsletters, and website updates.
确保所有内容与品牌的声音、风格和基调一致。
Ensure all content is consistent with the brand’s voice, style, and tone.
监控内容表现,优化策略以提高参与度和转化率。
Monitor content performance and refine strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.
3. 销售:
Sales:
通过开发和优化销售流程与工作流程来支持销售团队,提高效率和效果。
Support the sales team by developing and refining sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
与销售团队合作,创建和维护销售资料,包括演示文稿、宣传册和案例研究。
Collaborate with sales to create and maintain sales collateral, including presentations, brochures, and case studies.
协助潜在客户的生成和跟进活动,以支持销售流程。
Assist in lead generation and follow-up activities to support the sales pipeline.
协助组织和推广公司活动、网络研讨会和展会。
Assist in organizing and promoting company events, webinars, and trade shows.
requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
3 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on social media marketing and content generation.
Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Native Mandarin speaker with strong English language skills, or Native English speaker with strong Mandarin language skills.
