Roles & Responsibilities
Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities
Monitor and evaluate results from social media and community campaigns, and consolidate these to improve strategy
Create the ideas, content and copywriting for all communication channels (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, Medium, Email marketing, Website, etc.)
Establish community positioning & content, enhance group vitality and build a community with high loyalty
Engage actively with community members to understand our target audiences’ persona, perception, behavior, feedback and underlying motivation
Establish member dynamic mechanisms, plan community partnership activities, and realize customer conversion.
Formulate and uphold community rules and regulations to maintain a positive community environment

Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Translation, Communication or relevant discipline from a reputable university
Excellent in Chinese and English written skill
1-2 years of relevant work experience would be an advantage; fresh graduate will also be considered
Able to work under pressure and tight timelines
Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple ambiguous deadlines and projects in a fast-moving environment
A passion for digital assets
Immediate available is highly preferred
