Responsibilities:
? Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social
? media to introduce the company's solution and identify appropriate customers within the target market.
? Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
? Qualifier new sales leads through inbound lead through marketing campaigns;
? Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, in-formation is accurate and documents are attached.
? Conducting follow-up communications in order to qualifier leads through the sales funnel.
? Generate & maintain leads database and monitor sales funnel progress;
? Webinar owner, coordinate & execute for promote company's product & technologies;
? Prepare and follow up internal process to ensure the Webinars conducted with well organized;
? Establish partnerships with media agencies and vendors for long term cooperation;
? Work out webinar platform based on Go2Webinar/ WebEx and build up systematic process;
? Demonstrated ability to organize & a team player as well;
? Perform any other duties/responsibilities as may be assigned by the direct supervisor and/or as may be required by operations;
Requirements:
? Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or related field
? At least 2 years working experience in relevant industry
? Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
? Experience with Salesforce or another CRM Software preferred
? Good ability of MS power point
? A proven track record of strong client relationships.
? Excellent client service skills.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Work as a team player with an outgoing friendly attitude
? Be open to change and be flexible
? Assess situations / problems and logically and creatively finding solutions
