Role can be out of New York City or Irvine, CA. Key Responsibilities: Work with Content Marketing Manager within the consumer marketing team to implement social strategies for audiences on various social platforms, especially Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Tik Tok. Assist with development of social media marketing strategies. Make creative briefs for agencies/in-house Creative Studio team; effectively communicate a creative brief and provide edits to creatives/copy writers. Edit and review content for accuracy, spelling, and appropriateness for targeted audiences. Prepare and submit files for MLRC review and follow processes through review to approval. Coordinate changes with creative team. Manage daily posting and scheduling for all assigned Brand social media accounts (i.e. JUVÉDERM), with priority to Instagram and Facebook, organic and paid campaigns Community management on Facebook and Instagram: monitor comments, mentions, and direct messages across social channels, escalating comments as necessary to appropriate team members, submitting Adverse Events through appropriate channels Work closely with the Creative Studio and other content marketing members to develop engaging social and video content – IG Stories, social franchises, Tik Toks/Reels, interactive social posts. Review daily activity of all social platforms; produce and distribute social media activity reports Use social listening (NetBase)and native platform tools to analyze the performance of social media campaigns, track and report on traffic, engagement, and audience development Implement tactics to increase web traffic and customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies. Qualifications The Ideal Candidate: Strong understanding of social (social native) and a willingness to grow their skillset to become an expert in creating content and strategies across major social networks Experience with video content creation (Tik Tok, Reels, YouTube) 3+ years’ experience in social media, beauty, medical aesthetics, or pharma Exceptional attention to detail while prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and staying organized Experience working on tentpole marketing campaigns, social ads, and evergreen assets is preferred. Stay up-to-date with changes in all existing and emerging social platforms Able to analyze social media data/monthly reports An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment A talent for staying ahead of trends and adapting to a changing digital landscape Photo software editing skills are a plus (Canva, Adobe) Detailed Responsibilities Post creative on FB and IG for JUVÉDERM, notifying cross-checker, and inputting detailed information in both social trackers. Schedule posts in Dash Hudson weekly. Ensuring all pieces of creative are aligned with AFD documents. Assist writing caption copy for the senior social media editor to review, creating and editing cell phone mocks for MLRC submission MLRC Uploads/Veeva: Uploading all PDFs, labeling all content, adding all ISIs and all annotations, uploading all videos for submission, creating checklists and message maps. Attend both Body Contouring MLRC for content; when needed or called to meeting. Attend with the Social Lead. Daily Veeva job tracking: Keep track of all agency jobs, including paid promotions, and their status in Veeva. Trafficking agency + internal content to drives: When jobs become ATD, they are QC'd against Veeva and trafficked to an internal drive for storage. Screenshots are added to feed map planner or uploaded to DH. Content is logged onto spreadsheets. Adverse Event Tracking: Direct messages are checked daily for Adverse Events and triaged if needed. Understand social content in process, campaigns, organic social, and track or plan accordingly. HCP Social Content Trafficking (Monthly): HCP assets are pulled out of ATD jobs and stored/filed separately. They are trafficked to the HCP team and tracked internally.
