Report to: Growth VP, Danaher China and North Asia

Job Summary:

Danaher is looking for an enthusiastic Growth and Innovation Intern to join our China Headquarters. You will have administrative duties in supporting marketing and process improvements related tasks.

As an intern, you will collaborate with our marketing teams and DBS (Danaher Business System) team. This internship will help you acquire marketing skills in a Fortune 200 company and provide you with knowledge of DBS, the world-famous business management system. Ultimately, you will gain hands on experience in marketing and process/program management, and should be prepared to enter any fast-paced working environment.

To be considered, candidates MUST be local and available for 3 days per week for at least 3 months.

Major Responsibilities

? Support Growth VP in daily administrative task and other tasks at VP’s discretion;

? Perform quantitative and qualitative market research;

? Connect with Growth VP in Operating Companies on marketing related tasks;

? Connect with DBS growth leaders on DBS related tasks;

? Help organize such key events as Growth Conference, DBS Committee and Marketing Committee monthly meetings, trainings/workshops, etc.

? Assist preparing presentation for executive reviews and newsletters.

? Manage and update marketing and DBS daily management/visual management board.

Requirements

? Education background: Preferred Master Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related majors with Bachelor Degree in healthcare, pharma, biochemistry, biotech or related areas, or dual Bachelor Degrees in the above majors.

? Language skill: Minimum CET-6; Solid verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English.

? Good command in MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.

? Strong desire to learn along with professional drive; Willing to work overtime as needed.

? Self-motivated; Detail-oriented.
