Marketing Data Analyst

About The Role:

An exciting opportunity to join our marketing operations team and drive data-led change and innovation.

The Marketing Data Analyst will deliver an effective and high-quality marketing reporting service to the demand generation, campaign, and product marketing teams. They will work cross-functionally with the Business Intelligence, CRM, and Digital Experience teams to achieve marketing’s analytical goals.

This role reports to a UK-based Marketing Analytics Manager but may interact with stakeholders worldwide. Applicants will therefore require strong verbal and written English skills. Occasional travel to meet team members is a possibility.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and build dashboards and visualizations in Sisense or similar BI tools
• Provide analysis of multi-platform campaigns, and develop crucial insight to enable marketing teams to optimize campaigns and drive success
• Identify reporting challenges and suggest, develop and implement improvements
• Breakdown stakeholder requirements and collaborate with colleagues to deliver intelligent solutions to meet business needs.
• Build relationships with the marketing team to understand business challenges and project requirements.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Practical business experience with a visualization tool like Sisense (preferred), PowerBI, Tableau or Qlik
• SQL skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret stakeholder needs into technical requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards of presentation, especially in relation to written work 
• Analytical aptitude and interest in interrogating data to develop hypotheses and insights.
• Proactive and forward thinking 
• Knowledge of marketing platforms (e.g. Salesforce/ Hubspot/Google Analytics) and KPIs would be beneficial.
