Job Description
**This is a remote position** The Data Engineer will join a highly visible analytics team responsible to build, maintain, and own the forecasts and provide holistic insights and actionable recommendations to optimize the customer experience. Entails close cross-functional collaboration with the various teams in headquarters and countries, as well as partnership with the senior-level stakeholders who will ultimately consume the forecast outputs. This role will leverage cross-channel data to enhance the digital buyer journey with predictive and prescriptive analytics. Responsibilities Lead efforts in the areas of machine learning, predictive modeling, simulation, and outcome management to enable personalized customer experiences and deliver business impact across digital channels. Consult stakeholders & senior-level management e.g., data-driven optimization & marketing automation & opportunities to customize/personalize the buyer journey. Use predictive analytics to drive the business forward by providing actionable account trends and insights to improve ROI and impact the customer experience at scale on a global basis. Conduct end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering and requirements specification, processing, analysis, data visualization and storytelling. Grow our predictive analytics offerings while collaborating with SHS business groups to increase market share and mind share amongst target audiences. Model & manage large, complex, cross-functional data sets e.g., integrated Marketing, Communication, Sales, & Services. Cluster and create customer segments to enable the buyer journey and drive business outcomes. Skills and Experience: 2+ years of experience working on big data. Expert level knowledge on one or more business intelligence platforms (Domo experience highly preferred) Familiarity w/ B2B marketing communications channels, tactics, and data sources (i.e. LinkedIn, Twitter, Adobe Analytics, Lead Generation, Account-Based Marketing, Closed-Loop etc.) required. Knowledge of latest trends and best practices in BI and data management. Data management expertise & proficiency in SQL. Ability to create data models and understand dependencies between source systems. Experience and aptitude presenting strategies and solutions to senior executives, technology partners, and key team members. Needs to understand the value chain from data to business outcome Needs to have business acumen.
