Job Description
Our Marketing Department is currently seeking a manager specialized in digital channels with experience in project management and leading a team. Your main focus will be to manage the activities of the department which focuses on the lead generation process, marketing campaigns, various marketing-related projects and providing merchandizing/promotional support to our distributors.

This role also requires organizing and leading a team of different roles throughout various marketing projects, the ability to create new processes and implement new SOPs (standard operating procedures), and coordinating with our BD (Business Development) Dept. to deliver high quality leads that convert.

Core Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Supervising and ensuring department growth targets are met and the accurate processing of leads to be passed to the Business Development Dept.
• Promotional Support: Supervising the department communication with distributors to identify their needs, decide suitable digital and traditional promotional materials, and internally manage work within the department to get the requested promo materials prepared and successfully arranged for shipment. Close coordination with our Sales Dept. is necessary.
• Campaign Management: Supervising and directing ongoing digital marketing campaigns of various products and regions via EDM/newsletters, Google Ads, social media and other channels.
• Project Management: Managing various ongoing marketing projects as scrum master, including but not limited to web development, product launches, new marketing channels and lead generation. For example, some ongoing projects now include a new company website, launch of a new pet supplement brand, rebranding and relaunch of our dietary supplement brand, development of a new online catalog ordering system, launch of new marketing channels, etc.
• Organization and Structure: Identifying, revising and improving existing SOPs, better organizing the automation of the department.

Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
• Preferably 5 years minimum marketing experience.
• Preferably 3 years minimum management experience (supervising a team).
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Attention to detail, high level of personal responsibility, ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with digital marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge working under Agile Project Management methodology is preferred (but if no experience with this methodology, we will provide training).
• Ability to bring a new brand or product to market; product development experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator (if not, good knowledge of Canva and/or other PPT & visual content creation platforms) is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel (if not, ability to learn quickly).

But in order to be successful in this role, you will need to be fully immersed and willing to learn quickly. This position requires proactivity and ability to work with minimal supervision and guidance.
