Job Description
Marketing & Design Co-ordinator
As a Marketing & Design Co-ordinator you will work with the Sales & Marketing team to help contribute towards promoting and selling Fairmont St. Andrews.

What you will be doing:
Design
- Managing internal design projects from initial contact to project handover
- Creating new artwork and adjusting existing artwork in line with brand standards
- Daily problem solving and idea generation
- The ability to work as part of a team and individually
- Printing, producing and finishing in-house work
- Working with print partners
- Supporting the team in all areas
Marketing
- Produce daily social media content and select the proper imagery for day-to-day content and larger initiatives whilst ensuring social media calendar is up to date
- Create custom content and schedule accordingly
- Monitor social channels for trending news, ideas and influencers
- Liaise and assist the sustainability team with communications support
- Maintain a current and accurate photo library
- Build media database of contacts of travel, spa, hotel, food & beverage and conference journalists
- Actively monitor all PR coverage for the hotel throughout the year
- Assist in production of content for the quarterly resort magazine 'Zephyr Times'
- Other duties as assigned including but not limited to marketing admin, presentations, sales team research with weekly reporting
Your experience and skills include:
- A strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and In-Design
- The ability to manage workloads to meet daily and weekly deadlines
- A keen eye for detail and a 'flair' for graphic design
- The ability to work on multiple projects within a fast-paced environment
- A basic understanding of print processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Previous experience within Social Media/Content Creation preferred but not essential
- HNC/HND/Degree in a related discipline preferred
Your team and working environment:
- Working a fast paced team environment
- Shifts will be during the day and weekend
- Must be legally eligible to work in the UK. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining UK work authorization
