Major Responsibilities:

• To initiate new ideas and further developHKAC’s digital social media platform.
• To provide writing and editing support including but not limited to digital content, press release, marketing collaterals, speeches and annual report.
• To handle PR and media relations and clippings of all media exposures.
• To take care of event management and execute publicity programmes for the Centre, and be the MC of the Centre’s functions (if required).
• To assist in the execution and the production of annual report, corporate video and marketing collaterals, working closely with design houses, advertising agencies and other printing production companies in the scope of budget and media planning and handling, tasks co-ordination, quotation bargaining and jobs monitoring.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in relevant disciplines with at least 1-year relevant experience.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is mandatory.
• With graphic design knowledge is a must.
• Good interpersonal and event management skill.
• Able to work under pressure. Detail minded with multi-tasking ability.
• Interested in art and culture is preferable.
